Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but never pushy or high pressure. We are just finishing the buying process so we haven't had to use the service department yet, but based on our experience in sales I anticipate good things.

My husband was looking for a new truck. He came across Fernelius Toyota. Everyone was very patient and friendly. We live out of state and had to make a drive to pick it up. They let me use a room to take an emergency work call and even feed us lunch. Scott was very patient with all of my husband s questions and Leeann did an amazing job with financing. My experience with Fernelius was wonderful. Their staff I worked with is just the best. I went on a Satuday and sit with Sally Friday as we brain stormed as to my desires I wanted in a vehicle. Sally put me in some vehicles that may fit the bill. I found the gray Toyota Highlander my favorite. Professional, straightforward service
I traded in two Jeeps and purchased a GR86. I’m honestly very happy with this place. I took my first Jeep to several locations and Fernelius gave me by far the best deal. So I sold them the Jeep. They were very professional. 6 months later, I take my second Jeep to several locations. Again, Fernelius gave me a heck of a better deal. So I sold them that Jeep. I then decided to purchase a GR86. I highly recommend Fernelius. They are kind, honest and professional!

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad from Fernelius, Curt Gardner was my Salesperson for this truck purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the sales process at Fernelius, especially with Curt. He was very good about communication through the entire process, he helped me with the ordering process, made sure to keep me up to date when the truck was being built, shipped, arriving, etc. He helped explain all the terms and what everything meant, gave me a realistic timeline (that Toyota ended up beating, always great to get something early!) Parts Department - shout out to Justin and Ryan from these two cross country travelling Canadians from Vancouver for making our day. AUX input broke west of Winnipeg - couldn’t face the rest of the 5 month trip to NFLD and home without our music and audiobooks. Can’t say enough about the friendliness, kindness and help these two provided when CDN dealers were unable to deliver in time. So worth detouring from The Soo to see the Mackinaw Bridge, meeting of Lakes Michigan and Huron and go meet these two in person. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the sales and service staffs - they stepped up and hit a homerun under a compressed timeline when other dealers in the area dragged their feet and came up with excuses to avoid having to go through a complicated corporate lease vehicle purchase.
